Terms and Conditions
I own the rights to All finished artworks. However, clients are allowed to request if they do not want the piece to be posted or redistributed.
I will politely reject commission requests that involves themes that I am not comfortable or skilled enough to draw. This includes (but are not limited to): Gore, NSFW, Fetish Art, Furry, Mecha, NFTs, Hateful Art and Any Political Propaganda.
Do NOT claim or edit any of the in-progress pieces and claim it as your own. Likewise, clients are not allowed to edit or crop out my watermark and claim it as their own.
Use of my art on any kind of AI is strictly prohibited.
Half of the total charge must be paid upfront once the sketch has been approved.
Each piece can last from 1-2 months. Extra charges may apply if the client wants their piece finished at a sooner date.
Refunds are available, however, pieces that are almost done will not be fully refunded. Please communicate with me for negotiations.
